Carol Gutzeit is the founder and CEO of Destination Satori, LLC. She is a Satori Lifestyle Coach, fitness professional and originator of Satori Fitness™. Her unique training program has been transforming people's lives since 1989, when she started Satori Hawaii, Inc. – a corporate fitness company that specialized in stress reduction and team-building programs. As a corporate trainer and motivational speaker, Carol has addressed large audiences for such companies as Pitney Bowes, Home Depot, Ampol, Data General, Verifone, McDonald's and United Parcel Service (UPS). She has also presented seminars and training programs to groups at public and private schools, universities, government agencies, resorts, spas and health clubs. Her stress reduction program, Energetics, has been featured on Hawaiian Airlines as part of the in-flight entertainment menu. As a personal trainer and lifestyle coach, she has worked with a wide range of individuals, from the physically challenged to dedicated athletes who have experienced life-changing results. Carol started out on a personal quest for physical fitness that evolved into a passion for lifestyle fitness. She teaches individuals and groups how to balance their personal power and inner wisdom so they can enjoy an optimal quality of life.

Jennifer Stowasser, D.C., received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and later graduated with honors from Life West Chiropractic College in the San Francisco Bay Area. Dr. Jenn is committed to helping people achieve health and wellness naturally by teaching them how to connect with the vital healing force within. She is inspired by the way chiropractic care supports the nervous system to effectively control and renew all functions of the body through one's own innate intelligence. Jennifer is motivated to share her knowledge because of the transformations she has witnessed in her practice. Her ability to present life-saving information in a clear and concise manner is a gift to those who listen with an open mind and heart.

Constantine Darling has been leading InnerVision OuterQuest Journeys for 26 years in Canada and the United States, including Hawaii, with hundreds of satisfied clients. He is also a high-level martial artist, with an extensive 40-year career in dance, martial arts, Iyengar & Sivananda yoga, Pilates, gymnastics, acupressure and applied kinesiology. Constantine holds black belts in four different styles of martial arts. His corporate experience includes Electronic Arts, Vancouver, Victoria University, University of British Columbia, Royal Mounted Canadian Police, Royal Montreal Hospital and Bellevue Hospital in New York.
Originally from New York City, Constantine began training in dance at The New York City Ballet and The Alvin Ailey Dance Company, where he worked as a guest teacher. He eventually took his dance career to Canada as a soloist for Les Ballet Jazz du Montreal and Artistic Director of four dance companies. Constantine has taught dance to more than 20,000 students, hundreds of whom are professional dancers. From a very young age, Constantine paralleled his dance career with an evolving devotion to martial arts. He taught combat skills and self-defense to the Israeli Army. In Canada, he taught martial arts at two universities and has been a trainer and rehabilitation consultant for university sports teams, extreme athletes and Cirque du Soleil performers. At 59 years young, Constantine is an example of physical strength, grace and vitality.

In 2004, Will founded The American Dream Project and ThoughtRocket to help leaders of the future develop and find the ideas, tools and relationships they need to create the next chapter in American world history. Will recently received an Emmy Award© for writing for the learning documentary “Reclaiming Your American Dream” that continues to air on Public Television stations around the country. The program garnered three Emmy Awards in 2005.
Will is a pioneer in socially-strategic enterprise. Working with New York Stock Exchange companies to combine charity and commerce, Will co-founded the not-for-profit Seacology Foundation, the only conservation organization in the world expressly dedicated to saving the fragile environments and cultures of islanders especially in the South Pacific. In a similar alliance, Will co-founded Redline Revolution, an innovative non-profit educational organization aimed at reducing teenage deaths and accidents from car crashes.
