WEEK 3 - EMOTIONAL HARMONY

Emotionalizing is the third part of our Satori Yoga practice and it includes the Five Tibetan Rites that are famous for stimulating and toning the chakras to reverse aging and keep you feeling youthful. WEEK 4 - SPIRITUAL FREEDOM

This week's video lessons are about turning the radio on, tuning into the right frequency, listening, and trusting your guidance enough to follow it. You'll learn a meditation called Innercises as the fourth part of the Satori Yoga practice.
