Remember when you say thank you to feel it in your heart. When you have a heartfelt response to receiving you create a healthy mindset that takes nothing and no one for granted. This is how you uplift your soul in a big way.

Say thank you to your body for all of the functions it performs for you each and every day without you even having to think about it. Thank your body for being the vehicle for your soul to take this incredible journey through life. Self-care is is a wonderful form of appreciation.
Say thank you when you turn on the faucet and clean water comes pouring out to meet your needs. Say thank you when you flip a switch and the lights come on in your home. Say thank you when you start your car, and when it takes you safely to your destination. Extreme thankfulness naturally feels good.
Say thank you to the sun that shines on the earth. Say thank you to the trees that give you oxygen to breathe. Say thank you to the flowers that bloom; the rain and snow that blesses Mother Nature with moisture; and the oceans, lakes and rivers that support our human existence. Everywhere you look in nature you can find a reason to be thankful.
Say thank you to the workers that serve you. From the checker at the grocery store and the server in the restaurant to the repairman, mailman, and garbage collector. Just imagine what life would be like without them. A grateful heart is a source of joy.
Say thank you to your family members for all that they do for you in big and small ways. Say thank you to the pets that love you unconditionally. Say thank you to the home that shelters you from the elements. The more you express your appreciation, the more you will have to appreciate.
Say thank you when you wake up in the morning for another day on planet earth. Each day is a new opportunity to live to your full potential by first acknowledging the gift of life that you are blessed with.You can even say thank you to the challenges that help you grow and make you stronger.
Say thank you for an abundance of food. Thank the farmers that grew it, the workers that harvested it, the truck drivers who delivered it, and the grocery store that made all of it so accessible. Celebrate all the nourishment you receive from your food and appreciate the people at your table.
