Satori Wisdom ~ I Am Finding Clarity

The purpose of beauty is to create heaven on earth. Follow the example of nature to find a clear intention for your precious life. You’ll discover that your beautiful soul longs to express itself the way nature does, with clarity, consistency and purpose.

“Clarify what you are for, not against. This is true power.” ~ Annie Zalezsak

ACTION STEPS

Clarity comes from paying attention to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual parts of yourself. Consistency with this practice is the key to making clear choices from the power of your body and mind combined with the wisdom of your heart and spirit.

Pay attention to your body and get clear on what it needs to be healthy. Simply close your eyes and turn inward to receive guidance. Act on these messages to strengthen the healing power of your body and mind working together to create physical balance.

Observe your mind to see how thoughts become feelings, feelings become your mood and your mood determines your experiences in life. As the master of your own mind you will find clarity of passion when you focus on the power of mental wholeness

Understanding your emotions helps you find clarity in relationships. No one has the power to make you feel anything unpleasant. It’s the wisdom of your emotional guidance system that lets you know when you’re being triggered due to a past trauma. You have to feel it to heal it, then you can let it go and restore emotional harmony.

It is your presence that brings clarity to your life. Being fully present in the moment allows the wisdom of your spirit to shine through. It illuminates the dark places in both your inner and outer world so that you remember to trust in your spiritual freedom.

To find clarity about your food choices consider the purpose of eating as a way to provide your body with the fuel it needs to sustain life. Whole foods have specific nutrients for energy, healing, and focus that support your body’s organs and systems.

Clarity thrives on consistency and purpose. Once you are clear you must be consistent with caring for your body, mind, heart and spirit. It is your wholeness that defines your true purpose and leads to the joy of fulfillment in everything you feel inspired to do.
