Satori Wisdom ~ I Am Living Consciously

Whenever you see nature’s beautiful handiwork remember that you too have the power to create beauty, abundance, peace, and harmony. Living consciously means that you deliberately choose to uplift humanity with your thoughts, feelings, words, and actions.

“A life lived of choice is a life of conscious action. A life lived of chance is a life of unconscious creation.” ~ Neale Donald Walsch
Living consciously includes: creating beauty, taking control of your life, making conscious choices and no longer settling for anything you don’t want. Turn off your autopilot and deliberately navigate your way to a life that you truly want to live.
The deliberate act of creating something beautiful is inspired by the creation of your own body. From the moment you were conceived to the present day your physical self has longed to create beauty. Creative expression is an integral part of conscious living.
Take control of your life by mastering your mind. Since abundance is a state of mind you have the power to create it with your thoughts. No amount of money will ever compensate for scarcity thinking. Abundant thinking comes from living consciously.
Making a conscious choice to live in peace is a sign that your soul is in charge. Your ego prefers chaos and drama as a distraction from personal responsibility. Peace is at the heart of being conscious because it allows you to be responsible for your own life.
Refusing to settle for anything you don’t want is part of your spiritual journey. When you let go of what you don’t want you naturally make room for what you do want. In that moment the universe steps in to help you create a more harmonious way of living.
Conscious eating includes: making healthy choices, slowing down to eat, savoring each bite, and appreciating the nutrients that come from organic whole foods. Make a habit of eating consciously and you’ll become a more health-conscious human being.
The art of living consciously becomes a lifestyle once you commit to raising your own consciousness. It’s a skill that you acquire from making conscious choices that allow you to deliberately respond with love rather than automatically react out of fear. The most natural choice is the one that is aligned with your spirit.

With love and light,
