Satori Wisdom ~ I Am Transforming My Health

Transformation literally means to go beyond form. If there is a form that your health has taken that you would like to change, know that you have the power to transform it. Start by believing in your body's innate ability to heal itself.

ACTION STEPS

Your body is like a tree. For it to thrive it needs to be grounded, bask in the sunshine, receive nourishment from the soil, absorb plenty of water, and grow towards the light. A healthy tree provides oxygen and shade. You can provide infinite love and light with a healthy body.

Hug a tree. This is one way to stay grounded and improve your overall health and wellbeing. Hugging a tree increases the feel-good hormones oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin, and it's good for the tree.    

You get a new body every seven years. How you care for your health now will determine the body you have seven years from now. Every choice you make is either taking you away from or towards the best version of yourself. 

Healthy food is the fuel that your body needs to run efficiently. Invest in organic whole foods for quality nourishment. What you eat most of the time will either contribute or detract from your overall health. Try juicing organic veggies for an infusion of quality nutrients. Remember that it takes a long time for the body to succumb to an illness, disease or unhealthy condition, and it will take some time to restore your health naturally, so be patient. 

For prevention, try taking elderberry to keep the flu away and make sure to get plenty of vitamin D from the sun, supplements, and mushrooms. Add garlic and ginger to support your immune system. 

The more you move your body the more it will move you in the direction of vibrant health. A healthy lifestyle is based on the right nutrition, the right movement, and the right amount of sleep for your body. Use intuitive eating, intuitive exercise, and intuitive rest for the best self-care.

What you tell yourself matters. Your body is always listening to what you say. It's important to say what you would like to manifest into physical form. If you speak or think unkind thoughts about your body, your body will respond to your words. Be sure to use mantras like: "I am transforming my health" so your body can benefit from your declaration.
