Authenticity is the art of being your true self. You are an original masterpiece with a unique form of expression. Connect with your childlike innocence as a way to break free from other people’s opinions and run with the idea of living an authentic life.
“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
Being authentic comes from knowing yourself. To know who you really are and live your truth is a great accomplishment. With authenticity you make choices based on information and intuition you can trust rather than what society tells you to do.
Show up fully knowing you are enough. Live in your body, breathing consciously, as an anchor to the present moment. Right now you have enough breath, enough love, enough time, enough money, and enough health to live in a state of authenticity.
Be a light in the world knowing you are powerful....

To give without expectations creates ease in your mind and body. A gift from the heart allows you to be in the present. Follow nature's example of giving freely and notice how your gifts are received and multiplied.
"No one has ever become poor by giving." Anne Frank
It's important to fill up your own well so that you can give with ease. Give yourself the time and attention you need so that you can easily share your gifts, time, and talents with others. Giving from a full well is the basis of wellness. The ease of giving comes naturally when you live in a state of abundance.
To increase your life force energy, give your body more ease. Stress blocks energy like a kink in a hose stops the flow of water. As soon as you get rid of a kink, the flow is immediately restored. Remove the kinks of tension in your body with yoga, deep breathing or massage and you'll return to your natural state of ease.
Create a mindset that is focused on...

The outer world is a reflection of your inner world. When you're being true to your authentic self the world looks bright and beautiful. Being true to your conditioned self dulls that beauty. Be true to your soul and your ego will adapt.
“To thine own self be true, and it must follow, as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man.” ~ William Shakespeare
Being true to your soul will lead you to your highest potential. Your soul holds the dreams for your life. When you awaken your dreams your higher self will make good on your intentions.
The ego is who you think you are; your soul is who you really are. Your conditioned self needs your loyalty to be in charge of your life. When you decide to be more loyal to your soul than your ego, your life will take on new meaning.
You'll know that your ego is in control when you're preoccupied with past and future thinking. Your soul guides you to live in the present...
Authentic power comes from the light of your soul. When you allow the words or actions of others to dim your light, you've given your power away. Reclaim your power by standing in your brilliance.
"You have power over your mind - not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength." ~ Marcus Aurelius
Like a tree needs nourishment from its roots to thrive, so do you. Plug into your purpose in life as a power source. When you know why you're here and live in the light of universal consciousness, you'll be aligned with your higher purpose.
True power is a light that cannot be extinguished. The eternal flame of your soul is always with you. Trust in the divine energy that illuminates your way and you will be on the right path. Pay attention to your intuitive voice, and be aware of signs from the universe that you're headed in the right direction.
