Think of your immune system as an energy field that either gets charged or drained by its environment. You can become more immune to disease, stress, worry, fear, and doubt by pausing to reset your biological systems.

ACTION STEPS

Reset your immune system to protect you from disease with the best possible nutrition, supplements, herbs, hydration, exercise, sleep, rest and relaxation. You can also supercharge your immune system by tapping on your upper chest to stimulate your thymus gland. Do this for twenty seconds three times a day to generate more T cells.

Your cardiovascular and respiratory systems can be reset from from fear to love by tuning into your heart while breathing deeply. It helps to place your hands over the center of your chest and focus on the mantra: I am love. Feel deep appreciation for your strong beating heart and clear breathing lungs...

Satori Wisdom ~ I Am Supporting My Lungs

Your lungs have been supporting you since the day you were born; now would be a good time to return the favor. Inhale fresh oxygen from trees and exhale carbon dioxide while feeling grateful for this symbiotic relationship. 

“A nation that destroys its soils destroys itself. Forests are the lungs of our land, purifying the air and giving fresh strength to our people.” ~ Franklin D. Roosevelt

ACTION STEPS

Support the lungs of Mother Earth by helping to preserve her forests. The Amazon rainforest has been deforested to provide land for cattle-ranching. You can help reduce this imbalance by leaning more towards a plant-based diet.

Foods that reduce inflammation in your lungs are: leafy greens, cherries, blueberries, walnuts, beans, lentils, olives and turmeric. Oranges and tangerines are also beneficial; in fact they look like your lungs when you cut them in half.
