Make self-care a priority today. When you take good care of yourself it’s easier to take care of others. This is a day for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Take a moment to be still, close your eyes, place both hands on your heart center in the middle of your chest, and ask your soul what it needs today. Listen for the answer as the intuitive guidance that is always available.

Enjoy your sacred Sunday!
Spend time today going into each room of your home and feel the energy. Notice how you feel in each room and either make a mental note or a written note. If there is a room that feels off to you allow thirty minutes to begin the process of decluttering, moving furniture, or anything else that would make the space feel better to you. Take a break. If you want to spend another thirty minutes on it, do so. If not, come back to it later or another day until the room has a good vibe.

Choose one relationship you would like to focus on for today. The first person that pops into your mind is probably the one that needs attention.
Start by closing your eyes, and imagine that person in front of you. Breathe in and as you breathe out send love from your heart to their heart. Continue to do this throughout the day and be aware of how you feel. If you see or talk to that person, notice the difference in your connection, continue sending them love while you’re listening, and speak from your heart.
One of the most basic human needs of the heart is attention. When you give another person your full attention you are helping to fulfill that need. Just make sure the attention you give is positive rather than negative.

Have a thriving Thursday!
Get outdoors today and connect with nature. Nature calms your nervous system and opens your mind to your soul’s wisdom and guidance. Come to your senses by paying attention to what you see, hear, taste, touch and smell. Engage your sixth sense as well by quieting your mind and listening to your intuition. One of the best ways to quiet the chatter of the mind is to become fully present with your body in the moment.
If you can’t get outdoors, here’s a guided meditation to connect with nature:
After connecting with nature, write in a journal any new insights or ideas that you received. Feel free to also email me at: email@example.com.

Have an intuitive Tuesday!
Beliefs are like trees. They are all rooted in family belief systems; they grow out of life experience; they branch out from their culture, and they take a stand. Make sure you’re standing up for your true beliefs rather than falling for false beliefs.
“Frisbeetarianism is the belief that when you die, your soul goes up on the roof and gets stuck.” ~ George Carlin
What do you believe about moving your body? Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and tune into your thoughts and feelings as you answer this question. Pay attention to the thoughts that feel good because they are guiding you to what you truly believe. Embody today’s mantra by getting outdoors and connect with the trees as you move your body.
What do you believe about creative self-expression? Place your hands on your belly as you breathe deeply, close your eyes, and be aware of what comes up as you ask and answer this question. It’s important to express...
A volcano goes through stages that lead up to an explosion; from steam and ash venting to lava build-up and eruption. Speaking up when you initially feel the need can keep an inner volcano dormant and avoid a verbal eruption.
“Be Impeccable With Your Word. Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean.
Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others.
Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.” ~ Don Miguel Ruiz
Speaking up even before you need to let off some steam is a good place to start. It means that you are so in touch with how you feel that you don't need to wait until steam has built up from the chronic stress of resisting healthy emotional expression.
If you get to the point in your communication that you need to vent a little steam it's best to begin with 'I am feeling' rather than 'you make me feel' or 'so 'n so makes me feel' because as soon as you blame someone else for how you feel you...
Feeling worthy opens you up to receive by connecting your mind with your heart, and aligning your ego with your soul. Imagine your innate worthiness as a sacred waterfall showering your life with blessings.
“Self-worth comes from one thing - thinking that you are worthy.” ~ Wayne Dyer
Once you believe that you're worthy, the next step is to experience the feeling. Intellectually you might believe you are worthy but emotionally you may not feel your worthiness. To feel it, breathe into your heart center in the middle of your chest and declare, "I am feeling worthy." Allow those words to fill your heart until you feel them deeply.
Thinking and feeling worthy causes the effect of self-worth. The outer world will reflect your self-worth with unexpected support, healthy relationships, acts of kindness, meaningful work, and joyful experiences. Be sure to notice the effects your thoughts and feelings are causing.

Wonder is the antidote to worry. Worry is pushing against what you don't want while wonder is being open to what you do want. Wondering about the best movie you can create with your imagination produces a wonderful life.
“To be more childlike, you don't have to give up being an adult. The fully integrated person is capable of being both an adult and a child simultaneously. Recapture the childlike feelings of wide-eyed excitement, spontaneous appreciation, cutting loose, and being full of awe and wonder at this magnificent universe.”
