You are as unique as your soul blueprint. The uniqueness of your true self is based on life experiences. Learning something new, especially about yourself, adds another dimension to your special gifts and life purpose that only you can bring to the world.
“Always remember that you are absolutely unique. Just like everyone else.” ~ Margaret Mead
Your uniqueness is based on authenticity, commitment, centeredness, and compassion. The way you express these qualities determines your one of a kindness. In a world where everyone is more alike than different, being unique is simply you being YOU.
Authenticity is what makes you an original. Even though you may look similar to another human, especially if you have a twin, there are still distinctive differences. Physical appearance is an expression of your unique soul that no one else can duplicate.
Make a commitment to being your unique self. Start by training your mind to focus on ways...

To be superhuman you need serenity to cultivate the superpower of mental clarity. This superpower aligns your body and mind with your heart and spirit to live in harmony. This raises your level of awareness from being conscious to superconscious.
“Calmness is a human superpower. The ability to not overreact or take things personally keeps your mind clear and your heart at peace.” ~ Don Miguel Ruiz
Being superhuman takes discipline in order to transcend the ego and allow your soul to take charge of your life. The ego is your personality and the soul is your spirituality. You need stamina, commitment, courage and integrity to be extraordinarily human.
Stamina comes from the discipline of daily exercise and eating healthy. One of the superpowers of a superhuman is to be super health-conscious. Every move you make, every bite you take, determines the level of your physical vitality and overall wellbeing.

A flower never worries if it’s good enough. It doesn’t compare itself to other flowers and come up short. Its self-worth is not determined by what people think of it, and its ability to bloom depends entirely on its willingness to grow and blossom.
“I exist as I am, that is enough.” ~ Walt Whitman
The realization that you have nothing to prove and no one you have to please comes from believing that you are already enough. You experience this natural state of wholeness when your body, mind, heart and spirit are aligned with love.
Your body is intelligent enough to know what it needs to heal itself, when to move, how to breathe, what to eat; and it will automatically beat your heart and pump your blood for you to live. Trust that your body has enough innate intelligence to keep you healthy.
Your mind is smart enough to know that it makes a better servant than a master. As a master it can make your life...

The art of making space begins from within. The outer world is a reflection of the inner world so it makes sense to create space from the inside out. When you lighten up physically, mentally and emotionally you make room for what really matters in life.
“When you let go of what no longer serves you, you create space for what’s meant to be.”
Getting rid of toxins from the body makes space for vibrant health; letting go of disempowering thoughts and beliefs frees up mental space for creative thinking; and releasing emotional trauma from the heart makes room for love to grow.
Toxins can be removed from the body with: cilantro, dandelion tea, celery juice, lemon water and wild blueberries along with a healthy dose of sunshine. Detoxing will make space for your body to absorb the nutrients you get when you eat real organic food.
You can let go of a false belief by asking: “Is it really true?” Simply by bringing...

There is a big difference between seeing beauty, and feeling dazzled by it. Being amazed by what you see uplifts your body, mind, heart and spirit. Beauty is the experience of love; the more you are dazzled by the beauty of life, the more love will flow through it.
“The radiance in some places is so great as to be fairly dazzling... every crystal, every flower a window opening into heaven, a mirror reflecting the Creator.” ~ John Muir
To dazzle your senses all you need to do is spend time in nature where there is an infinite supply of beauty. When you walk in a forest remember to connect with the green lungs of Mother Earth. Breathe deeply to become dazzled by the gift of oxygen.
Your five senses make it possible to be dazzled by beauty. Use your sense of sight to see what is beautiful; use your sense of smell to enjoy nature’s sweet fragrance; use your sense of touch to feel the earth beneath your bare feet; use your sense...
Freedom comes from inner and outer transformation. Like a butterfly going through metamorphosis, humans go through an internal process of awakening to experience external freedom. Spread your wings and fly to celebrate your independence.
“Freedom lies in being bold.” ~ Robert Frost
You value what you can feel. Being free depends on boldness and courage to create a sense of belonging while maintaining independent thinking. This way of being feels exhilarating, expansive, exciting and enlightening.
Freedom of movement without tension, pain or fatigue, feels exhilarating. Give your body what it needs to move with greater ease and you will awaken the healer within. Physical symptoms are the body’s way of getting your attention.
The freedom to think for yourself feels expansive. It means you have gained enough wisdom from your life experience to know what is best for you. You expand your mind every time you awaken to your...

Life is a balancing act between power and wisdom. Your masculine side holds the power and your feminine side delivers the wisdom. When your inner wisdom directs your personal power, you naturally live a more balanced, fulfilling life.
“Happiness is not a matter of intensity but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony.”
~ Thomas Merton
Your body and mind are the power sources that energize your life. Your heart and spirit are the sources of wisdom that provide inner peace. The way you balance your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy depends on daily habits.
Get in the habit of increasing your life force energy by taking good care of your body. Self-care is the kind of self-love that enhances every aspect of your health. Practice deep breathing throughout the day as a way to lower stress and stay balanced in your body.
Develop the habit of increasing creative energy by focusing your mind on what...

You are a creative being and you thrive on expressing yourself. Freedom of expression is the result of being true to your inner genius. It comes from the realization that emotional vulnerability builds strength and self-expression instills confidence.
“Self-expression is the dominant necessity of human nature.” ~ Dale Carnegie
Express yourself on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level as a way of defining your creativity. Your body expresses how you treat yourself; your mind expresses what you think; your heart expresses how you feel; and your spirit expresses your life purpose.
Create health and wellbeing as a way of expressing your passion for being alive. When you treat your body with the love and respect it deserves it will support you in every other area of your life. You’ll have more energy to be creative and more time on earth to fully express yourself.
Your thoughts create your reality. Creating...
Being a true friend is one of life’s greatest accomplishments. It means you have learned how to connect soul to soul with another human being. At this level of connection you naturally look for the best in the others; and that’s what makes you a best friend.
“If you have one true friend you have more than your share.” ~ Thomas Fuller
Real friendship includes being true to yourself. Your authentic self makes friends with people who are also being authentic. As a best friend you always bring your true self to the relationship and that allows both of you to be more authentic and vulnerable.
See the best in your friend’s physical appearance and give them genuine compliments. Be the one who can be counted on to offer support and encouragement in ways that are genuinely uplifting so that your friends feel good just being around you.
Being in healthy relationships means you always speak highly of your friends, even...

Freedom is a matter of choice. It means you get to choose: how you take care of your body; what you create with your mind; the relationships you put your heart into; and the way you live your life. Inspired action, combined with choice, honors freedom.
“Life without liberty is like a body without a spirit.” Kahlil Gibran
The difference between a life of freedom and a life of bondage is a matter of choosing love over fear. Fear-based choices are made from a frightened ego while love-centered choices come from a courageous soul. Choose love as a way to live with integrity.
The most loving choice you can make for your body is to give it what it needs to be healthy. Get back to basics by walking in nature, growing your own food, getting vitamin D from the sun, and soaking in a hot springs to free your body of stress.
Thoughts that come from love create a life of freedom. Start your day by setting an intention to experience...
