Authenticity is the art of being your true self. You are an original masterpiece with a unique form of expression. Connect with your childlike innocence as a way to break free from other people’s opinions and run with the idea of living an authentic life.
“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Resentment and judgment are habits of the ego. When your ego believes it has been mistreated it wants to hold a grudge. If it judges another's behavior the ego becomes trapped in its own limited perceptions. Let go of resentment and judgment to restore peace.
