Giving from a full well is the basis of wellness. The ease of giving comes naturally when you live in a state of abundance.
To increase your life force energy, give your body more ease. Stress blocks energy like a kink in a hose stops the flow of water. As soon as you get rid of a kink, the flow is immediately restored.
