Kindness matters. When given the choice between being right or being kind, choose kindness. It’s your ego that needs to be right; your soul prefers to be kind. Kindness is as kindness does.

Kindness is everywhere if you look for it. Be Kind could appear on a frozen lake as you're walking by and put a smile on your face. You always get to choose what you look for in life so choose to see kindness.
Choose to be kind to yourself. The more you treat yourself with kindness the easier it will be to show kindness towards others. Remember to fill yourself up with uplifting beliefs, thoughts, and feelings so that being kind is part of your natural expression.

As above, so below. As a spiritual being you're already whole and complete. It stands to reason that part of your physical journey is to experience heaven on earth by remembering that your natural state is wholeness.

Vibrant health is an aspect of wholeness. When you forget who you really are then parts of who you think you are turn into fragments that become vulnerable to illness and dis-ease. Remember that being whole is your true nature and healing is natural.
Your mental well-being is tied to your belief about wholeness. If you believe that you need something or someone outside of yourself to feel complete, you are mistaken. That is a myth that has been perpetuated by the illusion of lack. You already have everything you need as a spiritual being having a human experience.

The past may leave a trail behind you but it doesn't have the power to create a path in front of you. Although it causes a ripple effect made of life experiences, they have all been for your soul's highest good and evolution. Keep moving forward in the direction of enlightenment.

However you choose to move your body throughout the day, set an intention that with each forward step you take you are leaving the past behind and fully entering the present moment. This will help your body let go of any physical discomfort it may be carrying related to the past.
