Close your eyes. Place your hands over your heart center in the middle of your chest.  Take a few deep breaths. Ask: what is my heart's deepest desire? How would you feel if you already had this in your life? Continue breathing deeply while focusing on the feeling. Carry that feeling with you.

You may need to get rid of self-doubt before activating intention. Make sure your self-talk is supportive, and pay attention to the way you talk about your intentions. If you’re thinking and speaking positively about what you intend, doubt is not an issue.
