Generosity and service have identical roles with a shared purpose. Being generous means giving from the heart, and service is about taking inspired action. One role frees the other to keep generosity flowing.

Being generous makes the world a better place. Acts of service go a long way towards uplifting humanity. When you care more about what you can give than what you can get, you're making a positive difference in the world. It's one of those qualities that makes life more fun and fulfilling.
Be generous with your body by giving it attention. Check in with your body throughout the day to find out what it needs to feel good. Your body is in service to your physical journey every moment of your life; you must service it with care to last a lifetime.

Kindness matters. When given the choice between being right or being kind, choose kindness. It’s your ego that needs to be right; your soul prefers to be kind. Kindness is as kindness does.

Kindness is everywhere if you look for it. Be Kind could appear on a frozen lake as you're walking by and put a smile on your face. You always get to choose what you look for in life so choose to see kindness.
Choose to be kind to yourself. The more you treat yourself with kindness the easier it will be to show kindness towards others. Remember to fill yourself up with uplifting beliefs, thoughts, and feelings so that being kind is part of your natural expression.
