Growth and evolution merge together in the process of creating heaven on earth. As you grow in mind and body your heart and spirit naturally evolve. Learning to live in harmony is the evolutionary path of humanity.
“Continue to grow and evolve.” Mahatma Gandhi
ACTION STEPS
Your mind and body grow through change, challenges, and exploration. On an emotional and spiritual level your soul evolves when you make positive changes, overcome challenges, and explore your inner and outer worlds. Know that your personal growth contributes to the evolution of human consciousness.
Your body has been going through growth spurts since the day you were born. Some of that growth was painful and at other times you barely noticed. Conscious growth at this stage of your life depends on being so tuned in to your body that you know exactly what it needs to thrive and you provide it.
You grow mentally when you choose to uplift others rather than judge them....

Change is the only constant in life. Without change there is no growth. Without growth there is no life. Without life there is no point. The point of life is to change, grow, and evolve. When you embrace change you embrace life.
By adapting to change during challenging times you get to press the reset button on your life and move forward with an upgrade to your operating system. Just like a computer, sometimes you need to unplug for a while and then reboot to fix what wasn't working.
Your body is always adapting to change. If it's dealing with chronic stress, poor nutrition, lack of exercise, too little sunlight, toxins, not enough sleep, an injury, illness...

Use this image as a reminder to rise up and reach your full potential.
To plant a seed of intention you can focus on your chakras (energy centers) to symbolize each phase of growth. Your first three chakras are related to the physical world and the fourth, at your heart center, is the bridge between the physical and spiritual dimensions.

Self-love is the foundation of a healthy relationship. If you’re not receiving the love you want it means you need to give it to yourself first. Think of loving yourself as priming the pump to allow love to flow freely to you, and through you. How can you be more loving towards yourself?
There’s a big difference between love and attachment. When you’re in a love relationship you love yourself enough to make choices that feel good. If your...
