As above, so below. As a spiritual being you're already whole and complete. It stands to reason that part of your physical journey is to experience heaven on earth by remembering that your natural state is wholeness.

Vibrant health is an aspect of wholeness. When you forget who you really are then parts of who you think you are turn into fragments that become vulnerable to illness and dis-ease. Remember that being whole is your true nature and healing is natural.
Your mental well-being is tied to your belief about wholeness. If you believe that you need something or someone outside of yourself to feel complete, you are mistaken. That is a myth that has been perpetuated by the illusion of lack. You already have everything you need as a spiritual being having a human experience.
Just like you wake up in the morning to start a new day, you can wake up one day and start a new life. When the light of your soul illuminates a path to freedom that your ego decides to follow, you will experience heaven on earth.
Declare “I Am Changing My Life” and remember what Thoreau said: “To be awake is to be alive.”
Your ego has beliefs and out of those beliefs habits have been formed. Healthy habits are useful but unhealthy habits are not. Recognize any unhealthy habits you may have so you can have a starting point for change. The best way to change an unhealthy habit is to replace it with a healthy one that provides you with an emotional payoff. For example, if you have the habit of procrastination you could change that to anticipation by rewarding yourself upon completion.
