Happiness is a choice. It cannot be bought or sold, pursued or found because it’s a state of mind. Unhappiness can be transformed by loving yourself enough to break through the blocks that are preventing your well-being.

The way you see your body can either strengthen or weaken your happiness. If you focus on what you don’t like about your body you will see more of that and feel sad. Focus on what you love and appreciate to dissolve the block of judgment.
Do you earn a living doing what you love or does it bring you down? Notice how you feel while you’re working to determine if it’s blocking or enhancing your happiness. You can remove the block to feeling good by either changing your career or having a different view of it.
Beliefs are like puzzle pieces that interlock to form your identity. Since nature abhors a vacuum, if you want to change a limiting belief you can remove a detrimental piece, and replace it with one that’s useful.

The first step to changing a belief is to identify it. The way to recognize that a limiting belief is operating in your life is to detect patterns that are driving your behavior. The second step is to choose a new belief. You can replace a limiting belief with one that is empowering by flipping it to its opposite. For example: ‘I’m not good enough’ can be changed to ‘I am good enough.’
