Generosity and service have identical roles with a shared purpose. Being generous means giving from the heart, and service is about taking inspired action. One role frees the other to keep generosity flowing.
“A generous heart, kind speech, and a life of service and compassion are the things that renew humanity.” ~ Buddha
Being generous makes the world a better place. Acts of service go a long way towards uplifting humanity. When you care more about what you can give than what you can get, you're making a positive difference in the world. It's one of those qualities that makes life more fun and fulfilling.
Be generous with your body by giving it attention. Check in with your body throughout the day to find out what it needs to feel good. Your body is in service to your physical journey every moment of your life; you must service it with care to last a lifetime.

When you find yourself in emotional waters the first thing to do is get centered in your heart. Returning to your center allows you to naturally accept whatever is happening with grace and ease. Your heart brings the being to human being.
“A mind at peace, a mind centered and not focused on harming others, is stronger than any physical force in the universe.” ~ Wayne Dyer
As a human you identify with your body and mind. As a being you identify with your soul and spirit. The value in bringing these identities together is to give your soul the best human experience. To feel centered remember that you're both physical and non-physical and your heart center is the bridge between heaven and earth.

You're choosing kindness every time you do what you say you're going to do. This builds integrity with yourself and creates trust with others. It's kind to honor your word because it means that what you...

Faith in the goodness of life begins where worry ends. This is where you’ll discover an island of inner peace exists inside your imagination. When you trust in the wisdom of uncertainty the world will reflect your integrity.
Declare “I Am Letting Go of Worry” and imagine the best.
Focus on what you do want, rather than worrying about what you don’t want; this allows you to feel good in the present, and create a better future.
Worry drains your mental energy and makes it more difficult to come up with solutions. Let go of worry and you’ll free your mind to come up with creative ideas, overcome challenges, solve problems, and discover new possibilities.
Drink plenty of water. Your mental state improves when you’re hydrated and you’re less likely to worry when you’re in a good mood.
