Kindness matters. When given the choice between being right or being kind, choose kindness. It’s your ego that needs to be right; your soul prefers to be kind. Kindness is as kindness does.

Kindness is everywhere if you look for it. Be Kind could appear on a frozen lake as you're walking by and put a smile on your face. You always get to choose what you look for in life so choose to see kindness.  

Choose to be kind to yourself. The more you treat yourself with kindness the easier it will be to show kindness towards others. Remember to fill yourself up with uplifting beliefs, thoughts, and feelings so that being kind is part of your natural expression.

Focus on what you do want, rather than worrying about what you don’t want; this allows you to feel good in the present, and create a better future.

Worry drains your mental energy and makes it more difficult to come up with solutions. Let go of worry and you’ll free your mind to come up with creative ideas, overcome challenges, solve problems, and discover new possibilities.
