When you eat is just as important as what you eat. Fasting has been around for ages as a healing practice for detoxing and repairing the body. It can also be part of a sacred spiritual practice. There is a way of eating with daily fasting called intermittent fasting that is relatively easy to incorporate, once you get used to it.
