Motherhood is a sacred journey. It’s a process of self-discovery that every human goes through as a result of being born. The bond between mother and child is strengthened by sharing the honorable course of giving and receiving unconditional love.
“Motherhood: All love begins and ends there.” ~ Robert Browning
Even though you don’t get a manual for life, you do get a mother who does her best to guide you through all of the ups and downs on your human journey. She has acquired enough life experience to fill a manual for living well and it’s yours for the asking.
Motherhood comes with a crash course in wellness. From prevention to healing, a mother has to trust her gut to make good choices. There is nothing that compares to a mother’s intuition when it comes to the health and wellbeing of her children.
The state of being a mother is highly creative. Not only does she create a life inside of her own...
There is a window of opportunity that appears in every moment. NOW is the Natural Observation Window that provides the best view of life. The way to love your life is to build a sensory relationship with the present moment and everyone in it.
“I have found that if you love life, life will love you back.” ~ Arthur Rubinstein
Focus your attention on the present moment and you’ll discover the power of mindfulness. It’s easy to love life when you’re focused on being here now. Become the observer of life as it unfolds before your eyes and remember to come to your senses.
Your eyes are the windows to your soul. Open your eyes to see all the good in the world and you’ll feel the love. Close your eyes to look within and discover the inner world that holds the wisdom of loving life. Use your senses to engage the best of both worlds.
Your mind sees life through a window of perception that is framed by your beliefs....
Every obstacle is an opportunity to turn what's in the way, to the way. A mountain is no longer an obstacle when climbing to the top is the objective. See obstacles as a way to rise above life's challenges and gain a higher perspective.
“It is by overcoming obstacles that you develop new skills and new ways of handling what the rest of your life has in store for you.” Anonymous
An obstacle on your path can seem daunting at first but when you turn what's in the way to the way, you'll discover a blessing in disguise. In retrospect you'll understand how overcoming the obstacle provided a new direction to reach your goal.
A challenge can either be an obstacle that knocks you down or a chance to rise above it even stronger. Too much past and future thinking can be an obstacle to the present. Be right here, right now, by breathing consciously and you'll overcome worry and doubt.
A limiting belief about yourself is an inner obstacle that can feel like you're...

A superhero has super human powers. When you use your superpowers you awaken your soul. Activate your intuition, creativity, kindness, compassion, connection, courage, love and joy to make a positive difference in the world.
“I have one power. I never give up.” ~ Batman
“With great power, comes great responsibility.” ~ Spiderman
“I think a hero is an ordinary individual who finds strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles.” ~ Superman
Your soul is a superhero. It's that part of you that always has been, and always will be. Your soul has a mission on earth to help you live to your full potential using all of your superpowers.
When you activate your intuition you're using one of your greatest superpowers. Listen to the voice of your soul and trust that it will always guide you to make the best choices for the highest good of all concerned.
Creativity is synonymous with...
You're on the right track when you're being pulled toward a vision for your life. Even if you're the only one who can see the light at the end of the tunnel you can trust your intuition to keep guiding you in the right direction.
"Unfortunately, some of our poor choices are irreversible, but many are not. Often, we can change course and get back on the right track". ~ James E. Faust
Being on the right track means allowing your life to unfold. Making things happen or forcing yourself to get ahead may cause an unpleasant derailment. Set a course for where you want to go and the right track will appear.
You're either on a track of love or a track of fear. You'll know if you're on the track of love by the way that you feel. Love brings with it all of your good feelings and emotions to let you know you're on the right track.
Your train of thought determines the track you're on. Uplifting thoughts set you on a smooth track; degrading thoughts put...

The soul is pure love living in a state of joy. You'll know that you're connected with your higher self when you're feeling good. Embody your childlike goodness by staying connected to your soul and it will always guide you to the best course of action.
“Let my soul smile through my heart and my heart smile through my eyes, that I may scatter rich smiles in sad hearts.” ~ Paramahansa Yogananda
The voice of your soul is intuition; your body is its physical form; your emotions are its language; your mind is its instrument; and your ego is its companion. Connect with your soul on every level and it will guide you to your highest good.
One way to hear the intuitive voice of your soul is to invite it to speak to you through the written word. You can sit quietly, take several deep breaths to calm your nervous system, and then write your soul a question. Continue journaling whatever comes through as an answer.
Your body is the physical...
What often gets in the way of trusting our intuition and living our dreams is an underlying misbelief of unworthiness. There is nothing you need to prove to be worthy of moving in the direction of your dreams. Just by taking the first step, and then the next, until you gain some momentum will set you on the right path. Remember to be patient with yourself on this journey and have compassion if self-doubt arises.

Creativity comes from the right hemisphere of your brain that is the receptive, intuitive, feminine side. Pay attention to your intuition and then put your creativity into form with the use of your left brain that is the active, logical, masculine side.

Self-awareness is paying attention to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It's taking a step back long enough to notice what life is bringing up for you. You get to know your true self without all the stories running amok in your head.
“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
A horse represents the driving force that carries you through life. When you're tapped into the power within you live with unbridled passion. Set yourself free and see where it takes you.
When you're faced with a challenging situation rather than asking why it's happening, ask what you need to get through it. This will keep you engaged in the present moment where you need to focus your energy.
Self-awareness requires being honest with yourself. Change happens naturally once you're aware of what needs to change. It isn't helpful to judge yourself; simply be willing to change.
