Focus is power. A mind that is focused in the here and now has the power of a laser beam. It cuts through all the extraneous chatter of the monkey mind related to the past and future so that you can live fully in the present moment where life is happening.
Your body is the temple where your mind can meditate. As you turn inward to the space within you'll discover inner peace. Transformation is about waking up from the trance of your conditioned mind by quieting its incessant mental narrative.

Contemplation is not the same as overthinking. Contemplative thinking has a meditative quality with a purpose. It usually begins with a deep question i.e.: What is the meaning of life? As you listen for the answer and observe your thoughts, simply allow your awareness to rise above your ego's mental chatter so that you can hear the calming voice of your soul.
