Compassion is love in action. It bubbles up from the heart until it pours outward through acts of kindness and forgiveness. It's like a fountain of love that keeps giving from an everlasting spring of joy.

To cultivate compassion it's important to start with yourself. You can start by standing up to your inner critic and letting it know that from now on you're going to be giving yourself a daily dose of compassion rather than a frequent shot of criticism for your human imperfections.
