Get outdoors today and connect with nature. Nature calms your nervous system and opens your mind to your soul’s wisdom and guidance. Come to your senses by paying attention to what you see, hear, taste, touch and smell. Engage your sixth sense as well by quieting your mind and listening to your intuition. One of the best ways to quiet the chatter of the mind is to become fully present with your body in the moment.
