mind/body poses yoga May 27, 2019

Yoga means union between mind and body. By combining poses (asanas) inspired by nature and animals with conscious breathing techniques (pranayama), you experience a healthy connection between your body and mind that brings you fully into the present moment where life is happening. The more you practice yoga, the more present you become to your life.

If you are brand new to yoga this is a great introduction. If you already a seasoned yogi this is still a gentle reminder of how much you can connect your body/mind with an easy 20-minute practice at home.
