The sun represents the divine masculine energy that rises up to start the day. It reminds us that there is a time to be active and a time to rest. Let the sun's fiery presence ignite your passion for living fully by letting your light shine.
“Even after all this time the sun never says to the earth, 'You owe me.' Look what happens with a love like that. It lights the whole sky.” ~ HĀFIZ
Rise and shine! Each new day is a rebirth, and the rising sun is a daily reminder to rise up and shine your light. Even when a cloud of fear passes by and dims your light you can keep on shining knowing it will pass with the next loving thought. It's comforting to know that your light is always present.
You can rise to a higher state of consciousness through meditation. Quieting the mind allows your true self to shine through and guide you on your journey through life. It can be a portal into the best day you can possibly imagine.
As the master gardener of your life you’re continually planting seeds. When you do this with intention those seeds will receive the nourishment and light they need to grow, bloom, and flourish in the physical world.
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” ~ Anais Nin
The lotus flower symbolizes rebirth because it rises out of the mud and blooms as an amazing flower. It represents spiritual development as it has to overcome the mundane world (mud) to reach higher states of pure consciousness (lotus). Use this image as a reminder to rise up and reach your full potential.
To plant a seed of intention you can focus on your chakras (energy centers) to symbolize each phase of growth. Your first three chakras are related to the physical world and the fourth, at your heart center, is the bridge between the physical and spiritual dimensions.
