ACTION STEPS
When you give another person your undivided attention they feel seen and heard. Acceptance means you recognize the truth and act accordingly. Giving affection creates a bond that strengthens your connection. Showing your appreciation elevates your relationship to a higher level. Allowing opens the door to unconditional love. Combine all five parts and you have the essential ingredients for a healthy relationship.

Reflection provides insights into your life as you move from one year to the next. Looking back at what you've learned and how you've grown will help you step confidently into a new decade. Remember that hindsight is 20/20.

ACTION STEPS
If you kept a journal or planner in 2019 you can use it to review your year. Start by writing all that you accomplished and then celebrate your successes. You may want to throw yourself a dance party for one. Play your favorite music and dance to the vibration of success.
It's a good idea to get away by yourself for a day or even an hour or two to reflect on the past year. This is a good time to focus on what you learned in 2019, then you can take all that wisdom with you into the new year.
Take a look at your relationships and honor the ones that have been strengthened as well as the ones that have been completed....

Being true to your soul will lead you to your highest potential. Your soul holds the dreams for your life. When you awaken your dreams your higher self will make good on your intentions.
The ego is who you think you are; your soul is who you really are. Your conditioned self needs your loyalty to be in charge of your life. When you decide to be more loyal to your soul than your ego, your life will take on new meaning.
