Satori Wisdom ~ I Am Naturally Rejuvenated

Vitality is restored when you carve out time for yourself. Being in nature feeds your soul and helps you gain a fresh perspective on life. Simply by attuning to the natural world you’ll feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

“We must always change, renew, rejuvenate ourselves; otherwise, we harden.” ~ Goethe

ACTION STEPS

Rejuvenate means to make youthful. Stress and fatigue melts away when you take the time to recharge. Self-care allows you to easily return to your day-to-day responsibilities feeling lighter, healthier and happier. Create rejuvenation rituals to stay young and vital.

You have an inner well that must be filled up daily with peace, joy, love and gratitude to feel emotionally rejuvenated. Peace comes in quiet moments of stillness. Joy arises from being true to yourself. Love flows from your natural state of kindness. Gratitude comes from appreciating yourself and others.

Satori Wisdom ~ I Am Part of the Solution

Every problem has a natural solution. The solution to human suffering can be found in the simplicity and beauty of nature. A tree doesn't believe it is superior or inferior to another tree, and the sun shines on everyone. Humans are free of suffering in a natural environment of equality.

"When the solution is simple, God is answering." ~ Albert Einstein

ACTION STEPS

Where your attention goes energy flows. If you focus on the problem you are feeding it with your energy. When you put your attention on solving the problem you're investing your energy wisely. First you must be aware of a problem and then consciously shift your focus to solving it.

See the big picture. To end human suffering we must wake up and realize that we are all connected as spiritual beings on this human journey together. We must treat one another with respect, understanding and kindness in order to co-exist on this planet. You must become part of the solution in...

Satori Wisdom ~ I Am Discovering the Light Within

No matter how dark the world may appear, the light of consciousness still exists within every soul. When wounded egos dim the light with fear it feels like we can't breathe. You have to breathe in light to dispel the darkness.

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.” ~ Martin Luther King Jr.

ACTION STEPS

Acts of violence and hatred are a result of fear that occurs when humans become disconnected from their souls. In their unconscious state they tend to exert false power over others to compensate for their lack of authentic power. We're experiencing a pandemic of fear that can only be eradicated by the light within that unites all of us.

You're responsible for your own light. If you allow your wounded ego to take charge, the light of your soul will be dimmed to a mere flicker. It's up to you to heal your ego of all the false beliefs it has about yourself and others....

Satori Wisdom ~ I Am Contemplating Life

When you were very young you already knew the meaning of life. You were born with this knowledge and over time you may have forgotten. One way to help you remember who you really are and why you're here, is contemplation.

“Challenging the meaning of life is the truest expression of the state of being human.”

~ Viktor E. Frankl

ACTION STEPS

Contemplation is not the same as overthinking. Contemplative thinking has a meditative quality with a purpose. It usually begins with a deep question i.e.: What is the meaning of life? As you listen for the answer and observe your thoughts, simply allow your awareness to rise above your ego's mental chatter so that you can hear the calming voice of your soul.

Contemplation combined with journaling will help you capture your soul's guidance through the written word. You can write your question and simply allow whatever comes through to be transferred to the page. This will help you get clear, and you may be...

Satori Wisdom ~ I Am Having Faith

During these unprecedented times it's helpful to have faith in the wisdom of uncertainty. The future is unknown, and yet we still believe that the sun will set this evening and will rise again tomorrow morning.

“None of us knows what might happen even the next minute, yet still we go forward. Because we trust. Because we have Faith.” ~ Paulo Coelho

ACTION STEPS

Even though you cannot see the sunrise at night you know that it will be back in the morning to light up the whole sky. This kind of faith will help you remain calm and hopeful during challenging times.

Create a morning and evening ritual of connecting with the sunrise and sunset. Appreciate the rising and setting sun and it will strengthen your faith in the universe. This connection will activate your parasympathetic nervous system and help you feel centered and peaceful.

The future holds infinite possibilities. When you know that you're a co-creator with the universe...

Satori Wisdom ~ I Am Turning Fear Into Fuel

Use this FEAR formula to become a mental alchemist: Flip it, Energize it, Activate it, Reclaim it. Flip fearful thinking, energize conscious thoughts, activate empowering mantras, and reclaim the power to turn fear into fuel.

Whatever we expect with confidence becomes our own self-fulfilling prophecy.” ~ Brian Tracy

ACTION STEPS

To flip your fear start by observing the fearful thoughts swirling around in your head. Are these thoughts helpful or harmful? Use your conscious awareness to flip your fear-based thinking to a higher perspective. For example, if you're having stressful thoughts about an uncertain future you can flip your thinking by focusing on the present moment or imagining the best possible future.

Create a mantra for your new perspective i.e. I am safe and secure. Center this thought in your heart chakra. Energize your mantra by taking several deep breaths as you declare it to yourself. Next, breathe in and fill your heart center with...

Satori Wisdom ~ I Am Activating My Chakra System

You have seven energy centers, known as chakras, that form the energetic architecture of your soul. Activate your chakra system to heal what needs healing by using the vibration of color and the power of natural elements.

“Each of the seven chakras are governed by spiritual laws, principles of consciousness that we can use to cultivate greater harmony, happiness, and wellbeing in our lives and in the world.”  ~ Deepak Chopra

ACTION STEPS

Activate your root chakra, located at the base of your spine, by standing barefoot on the earth to get grounded and discharge the energy of stress. Imagine your legs are like two prongs of an electrical plug that are being connected to its power source. Your first chakra resonates with the color red so eating red fruits and veggies will energize it.

Your sacral chakra is located two inches below your naval and is activated by water. Feel the pleasure of being immersed in water,...

Satori Wisdom ~ I Am Choosing To Be Healthy

An uprooted tree is like a body trying to live without the guidance of its soul. Your ego may help you survive with stress and struggle but your soul will help you thrive with ease and grace. Choose to be healthy by trusting your soul to guide you through uncertain times.

“Life is like a tree and its root is consciousness. Therefore, once we tend the root, the tree as a whole will be healthy.” ~ Deepak Chopra

ACTION STEPS

Health is not only the absence of disease, it's the presence of wellbeing. Your body is the physical expression of your mind and soul. Become rooted in soul consciousness to have a healthy mindset that is highly focused on wellness.

Stress lowers your immune system; being at ease strengthens it. It's your overthinking mind that gets you stressed out while your soul knows how to stay calm and make good choices. Choose to be at ease so your immune system can do its job. You can do this by spending time in nature, breathing...

Satori Wisdom ~ I Am Choosing To Be Kind

Kindness matters. When given the choice between being right or being kind, choose kindness. It’s your ego that needs to be right; your soul prefers to be kind. Kindness is as kindness does.

“My religion is very simple. My religion is kindness.” ~ Dalai Lama

ACTION STEPS

Kindness is everywhere if you look for it. Be Kind could appear on a frozen lake as you're walking by and put a smile on your face. You always get to choose what you look for in life so choose to see kindness.

Choose to be kind to yourself. The more you treat yourself with kindness the easier it will be to show kindness towards others. Remember to fill yourself up with uplifting beliefs, thoughts, and feelings so that being kind is part of your natural expression.

You're choosing kindness every time you do what you say you're going to do. This builds integrity with yourself and creates trust with others. It's kind to honor your word because it means that what you...

Satori Wisdom ~ I Am On a Path of Love

Love is the path that will take you to your best life because it means your soul is in charge, and every experience is seen through the eyes of love. You can bring more joy into the world by falling in love with your soul.

“Following the path of love is always your soul's true desire.” ~ James Van Praagh

ACTION STEPS

Love is a source of healing. It can heal a wounded ego with loving thoughts and beliefs. Love heals illness and injury to the body with loving care and attention. Love heals relationships with acceptance of each others differences. Use love to activate the healer within.

When you follow the path of love you feel safe because you're connected to a power greater than yourself. You no longer need to rely on your ego to protect you because your soul knows the way.

On the path of love you will find opportunities to begin again. You may head towards compassion then come to a fork in the path where you move in the direction of...
