As above, so below. As a spiritual being you're already whole and complete. It stands to reason that part of your physical journey is to experience heaven on earth by remembering that your natural state is wholeness.

Vibrant health is an aspect of wholeness. When you forget who you really are then parts of who you think you are turn into fragments that become vulnerable to illness and dis-ease. Remember that being whole is your true nature and healing is natural.
Your mental well-being is tied to your belief about wholeness. If you believe that you need something or someone outside of yourself to feel complete, you are mistaken. That is a myth that has been perpetuated by the illusion of lack. You already have everything you need as a spiritual being having a human experience.
Self-acceptance is what happens when you can see past your physical limitations, and allow the light of your spirit to shine through. For this to occur it’s important to accept that you are a spiritual being having a human experience.
Declare “I Am Accepting Myself” and reflect on this quote by Lao Tzu: “Because one believes in oneself, one doesn't try to convince others. Because one is content with oneself, one doesn't need others' approval. Because one accepts oneself, the whole world accepts him or her.”
Accept that your body is doing its best to carry your light into the world. When your light gets dimmed it’s time to fan the flame with your breath. Inspire means to breathe in, and be filled with spirit. Set a timer on your watch or phone to remind yourself to make this vital connection throughout the day.
